I ran three miles tonight!! Finally I did it :) It took me 37 minutes and change and that included hills, straight areas and inclines in the road. I was so afraid I wasn't going to be able to run the 5K on October 19th but maybe I'll be fine :)
I realized tonight stretching before and after really helped in my stamina. I wasn't sore or achy while I ran. My third mile I started feeling it more then before but even then it really was not that bad.
Feeling very proud of myself, it's Tuesday (a work day) and I came home and ran 3 miles!!!! YEAH ME!! :)
