The middle of the week and a lot to still work towards. After the Monday morning weigh in and the disappointment of gaining concentrated on drinking more water. I also think my Monday morning weigh in was higher due to the Sunday afternoon picnic that I attended and the food consumed while I was there. When I weighed myself yesterday just to see with what I would be dealing with for the week, I was approximately 3 pounds less. But anyhow that is old news.
Moving forward from today, Wednesday, I have to go running either inside or outside before the day is over. I would prefer outside because it is MUCH harder to run outside then on a treadmill, which I never realized until I started training for the 5K. Exercise is my main goal for today.
Gotta run, first day of the official new school year at work today. Lots to do :) Have a great Wednesday!
