When I stepped on the scale this morning I was down and pleased. I feel I have made good food choices and now need to work on the exercise aspect of the plan. My mind wants to exercise more often and for a longer period of time but my body can't seem to follow through. It's quite frustrating.
Today I was psyched to go running this morning and mid run right when I was feeling great my right upper outer thigh had a pain. I'm not sure if I needed to stretch more or I needed more nutrients or water but it was painful enough for me to stop my run and walk it out. Once i walked for a bit and stretched it out for a second I tried again the pain was there but I ran through it just to get home, hoping it would go away.
More news today, I received more pledges for my run! The thermometer on my personal pledge page is rising! If you would like to make a donation to the Free to Breathe Lung Cancer organization you can go to the link on my page. My goal is to raise $100 before the race on September 19th.
